VAS 2025 Padova
Dear Colleagues,
We invite you to the 14th congress of the Vascular Access Society, which will be held in Padova (Italy) from April 3 to 5, 2025!
The Vascular Access Society (VAS) is a multidisciplinary society of vascular access experts—nephrologists, vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, dialysis nurses and technicians, radiologists, etc. Vascular access complications are a frequent source of dialysis patients’ morbidity, and without vascular access, hemodialysis is simply impossible. This is why vascular access research grows exponentially.
VAS congresses always cover the current state of the art, and participants can interact with key opinion leaders in the field and create network opportunities. We believe this is a unique opportunity, and we know that most of you experienced the same feeling during the previous VAS congresses (Barcelona, Prague, Istanbul, Ljubljana, Rotterdam, Berlin-virtual, and Porto).
Padova is the perfect destination for congresses, meetings, and events. The city has been awarded its second UNESCO World Heritage seal for “Padova Urbs picta.” Padova is strategically located in the center of the Veneto region and is easily accessible by car, train, and plane.
Dear friends, please mark April 3–5, 2025, as free on your calendar for the 14th VAS congress.
See You in Padova!
Maurizio Gallieni, Congress Chairman
Joris Rotmans, VAS President
Matteo Tozzi, President of the Italian VAS Chapter
Nicola Pirozzi, Coordinator, Vascular Access Project Group, Italian Society of Nephrology
